Enjoy this quiet secluded Staycation, We have a hot tub for year round use and a Stock Tank Pool for the hot days of summer coming up. Relax next to the fire pit and unwind. Enjoy a back yard BBQ with our built in bar top table and a cozy Sectional to enjoy the outdoors.

Inside we have an amazing plush Kingsize mattress to take all stresss away. You’ll enjoy a full kitchen to cook or just make a snack. If you need to do laundry then you’ll have everything you need. Superfast Wifi, HBO Max!
The space
We’re located at the end of an old very diverse quiet neighborhood built in the 50’s, completely surrounded by woods and only 7 minutes from Downtown, 5 min to I-40 and area hospitals.
Guest access
Guests have the full use of the completely private back yard and private parking in the carport with direct entrance to yard and house.
Other things to note
The HVAC is shared and the temperature is centrally located and controlled by a Nest unit.
Summer is set to 68 & Winter is set to 72, please advise if this is not comfortable and will change upon request.

We have an office chair that can be brought in if you need that. Please let us know, otherwise the small chair is there.
