Occasionally we freelance for vacation rental companies like Evolve Vacation Rentals and get to see some of their up and coming listings which is always really great to check out. This particular short-term rental property is conveniently located in the heart of uptown Charlotte, NC and had so many modern upgrades it was so fun to photograph. We particularly enjoyed all of the really neat lighting fixtures through out the home, shiplap in the bathrooms, interesting tile work and backsplash in the bathrooms and kitchen, and the tasteful decor and amenities.

When photographing for Evolve we are the photographers and Evolve has their own in-house editing team so it is really interesting for us to see how our photos can have a different style even when the photographer is the same. With Evolve our photography style leans more towards the traditional real estate photography methods with wider angle photos and all the lights turned on.

We are capable of photographing properties with this traditional style or using nothing but natural daylight which adds a more editorial and pinterest/instagram style. Both styles are equally great and appeal to different customers for different reasons.
