We took a break from our own short-term rental projects to shoot this recently remodeled home located in a historic neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. This gorgeous home still retains some of its original features such as beautiful original hardwood floors, built in fireplaces, crystal doorknobs, and some other amazing details.

The old character and charm mixes amazingly with some of the updates the home received to include a brand-new kitchen with rich sage green cabinets, accent chandeliers and updated light fixtures, and some pops of color with some fun furniture and accent pieces.

Super unique tile work in the bathrooms brought some modern touches to this classic home and adds to the high-end vibe of the place. New windows allowed a ton of natural light throughout the home which photographed beautifully.

I was so honored that the owners asked me to photograph this property that I was happy to make the trip down to Charlotte from Winston Salem, NC.
