This space is one of a kind in the South End Area. You have your own garage for parking and entering into the condo. Once you climb the stairs you will see why we love to call this home. A spacious living area/kitchen area to entertain and cook gourmet meals in. If sharing conversation around a table is your thing, we have you covered. However, if bar talk is your mojo.. we have that too with a large island too big enough for seating. There is also a half bath on this level and a small patio off the kitchen area. When you are ready to venture up, climb the stairs to the next set of rooms. You will find a beautifully decorated Master Bedroom with a large Queen Bed and Full Bathroom. A laundry area to help with convenience during your stay. You will then find the second bedroom with a Queen Bed and another full bath.
